This ticket grants admission to both Disneyland and Disney California Adventure on the same day, allowing you to enter each park as early as 1 pm that day. For a one-day, one-park ticket, the base price is $109 for adults and $104 for children under 10. However, adding options such as Park Hopper or Park Hopper Plus to your purchase will cause prices to go up.
These changes make it even more crucial to plan your stay ahead of time, so you can purchase tickets at the most advantageous prices and avoid having to pay extra for additional tickets or options later on. If you’re staying longer than a week, consider buying an Annual Pass instead of a multi-day ticket.
Once you’ve purchased your tickets, it’s time to pick which days in the parks you’d like to explore during your stay. Be aware that some tickets have specific validity dates; once these have been used up beyond these restrictions, they will expire.

Annual Passes
Annual passes are an excellent way to save money on your Disney vacation. They allow you access to the theme parks for a specified number of days per year and come with numerous perks and discounts, such as hotel discounts, free parking, or entertainment tickets. Before buying an annual pass though, there are a few things you should take into consideration:
If you want to save money, the best way to do so is by carefully planning your spending before purchasing an annual pass. This requires knowing how many visits to Disneyland you plan on making and how much each ticket will cost.
As a general guideline, an annual pass is recommended if you plan on visiting the theme parks more than 18 days consecutively or 14 times within 365 days. Additionally, consider how much money you plan to spend on food, drinks and other non-park related activities.
At Disneyland Park, four types of passes are currently available: Inspire ($1,599), Believe ($1,099), Enchant ($699) and Imagine ($449). Each tier has different admission dates, blockout dates and reservation limits.
Each tier offers different add-ons such as free parking, Disney PhotoPass downloads and more. You can pick which one works best for you before making your reservation.
The Magic Key program replaces the former Annual Passport system, which was suspended when coronavirus outbreaks began in January 2021. It allows parkgoers to reserve up to six discounted tickets per day to both Disneyland and California Adventure parks.
As with any new program, the Magic Key has had its share of issues. Some are related to crowd size and others stem from how long each reservation lasts.
